benefits.
Unemployment benefits are figured when you file a new claim. To
determine if you are eligible for a benefit year claim, a review of your
previous insured work history will be done. Insured work is what you
have performed for one or more employers who were required to contribute
to the Missouri Unemployment Insurance Fund. A claim benefit year is
the period of one year that benefits will possibly be available to you.
